Fuzz helped me make my first recipe from the Chez Panisse cookbook. I loved this. Emily liked it, but not as much as other raviolis. Given how long it takes to make and how much I like the other raviolis as well, it’s probably not worth making this again unfortunately.

Make Again? Only if Emily is not around for dinner, but you still want to make an intricate meal
Changes Next Time? Fuzz suggested putting cheese in the ravioli along with the chicken. May not be a bad idea
