This was so tasty I had to resurrect the blog so we can make sure we remember this recipe and make it again.

Time to Complete ~2 hours of active time, dough needs to rest for 2 hours minimum, however

Lessons Learned This is a really different way to make gnudi compared with April Bloomfield’s – the result is a dough that is much easier to work with, but more like really light, billowy gnocchi, rather than a liquid cheese ball like April’s. Both are delicious, this is just much easier
Any Recipe Deviations?
Make Again? Absolutely
Changes Next Time? Nope – the Tuscan Kale sauce was really tasty, and would be really good just with store-bought gnocchi as well for a fairly quick and easy dinner
