New York Strip Steaks with Bobby Flay’s Steak Seasoning on Lotus Buns

I had leftover spice rub from the Bobby Flay Ribs and two New York Strip steaks from my meat CSA, so put this together. I also steamed some lotus buns from Chinatown and the combo of these 3 things was pretty fantastic. Would definitely do this again and will look for more opportunities to make sandwiches with these delicious buns.
