Gnocchi with Braised Chicken

This is the best homemade gnocchi dough I’ve tried yet. I had basically given up on making gnocchi since the packaged stuff is so good, but this recipe was pretty easy and resulted in a really nice texture for the gnocchi.

Emily did not love this – she just doesn’t really like the traditional mirepoix with chicken, which is good to know. I thought this was super flavorful and delicious.
