Bobby Flay’s Red Beef Chili with Toasted Cumin Crema

It’s freezing in Chicago which means it’s time for chilis, soups, and slow cooker meals. This was a really tasty chili recipe – with some changes to how I cut the beef or some additions (like more veggies and/or beans), it could be even better.

Changes Next Time? Try using this mixture of spices and fresh peppers to make a more traditional chili recipe with ground beef and/or beans. Emily felt like it was more of a beef in sauce dish, rather than a chili which is pretty fair. But the flavors are awesome.
