I’ve been reading up on potential Thanksgiving sides and came across this recipe from Bobby Flay. This was so good. Really flavorful and the kale stands up really well to the creaminess. The cream (which actually comes from whole milk, not cream) really reduces the bitterness that a lot of people don’t like about kale as well. May very well make this for Thanksgiving this year.
