Pretty good side. Was testing this for Thanksgiving, but it’s probably not worth the effort vs. other green sides.

Changes Next Time? Instead of cooking the brussels sprouts like he recommends, just do your normal broil method, then add the pomegranate molasses and arils. The vanilla-pecan butter is probably not necessary either
