This is a pretty tasty recipe, though I’m not sure it’s worth the time it takes to make. Having said that, it’s faster than making a pot pie, and basically the same idea – I think if I played with the ingredients it could get up to a 7.5/10.

Any Recipe Deviations? Used dried thyme instead of fresh because I didn’t have it
Make Again? Yes
Changes Next Time? Put in some pureed chipotles in adobo, similar to the bobby flay pot pie you made that one time
