Chickpeas in their Own Broth with Chorizo

A quick yet hearty soup/stew/side of beans, this is pretty good considering the cheapness and quickness of the dish. Without the chorizo, it would be a good way to make chickpeas as a side. With the chorizo, it is kind of like a Middle Eastern meets Spanish bean soup.
