This is another pretty delicious and interesting recipe from Jerusalem, which is quickly becoming my favorite cookbook. No need to spend $30/pound on halibut for this – just use tilapia in the future.

Make Again? Yes, but just do it with cheaper fish (tilapia) and no need to cube and put on skewers
Changes Next Time? Just pan sear tilapia
