This is a pretty good slow cooker meal that is fairly easy and filling. Emily liked it a lot – perhaps even more than the spicy Dr. Pepper pulled pork from Pioneer Woman. The real takeaway, though, is that pickled red onions are very delicious and easy – should start using these more often.
