Sides Served Served as entree plain one night and as a side to leftover turkey zucchini burgers the next
Leftovers? Yes – very good the next day
Lessons Learned Farro is pretty delicious. Basically all the grains that are not minute rice are so tasty
Any Recipe Deviations? Yes, I used goat cheese instead of Parmesan because that’s what I had. But it would be good with Parmesan as well.
