I really liked this classic Indian chicken dish – the flavors are not overly-Indian and it is not the typical saucy dish. As far as Indian goes, this is fairly light. The chicken was very moist and delicious.
Emily liked it, just not as much as the other Indian I have made.

|Any Recipe Deviations?||I used “Hot” Garam Masala that Mrs. Patel gave me when she heard I liked cooking Indian food. This added some additional flavor and was not spicy at all|
