Burst Tomato Galette with Corn and Zucchini

I’ve been wanting to make this for awhile, mostly because it looks really cool. With tomatoes finally in season and corn on its way out of season, I decided to give this a go and am pretty happy about it. This is actually very easy to make and substantial enough as a main, or good as an impressive-looking appetizer. I am going to experiment with this with the seasons as it was pretty fun and the smell of baking dough is delicious. Potentially a Thanksgiving appetizer here.

Changes Next Time? With this recipe, try a sprinkle of balsamic vinegar onto the veggies. But try lots of new veggie combos (potentially meat as well)
