These were good, chewy chocolate chip cookies. These are basically the same ingredients as standard chocolate chip cookies, but here we brown ~70% of the butter and use slightly more dark brown sugar than white sugar. You whisk the sugar and butter mixture together 3 separate times with a 3 minute break in between each turn which basically turns it into a toffee-like mixture. They are good, but would probably try some other recipes before I make these again.
