Nick and Mindy gave us their Moroccan tajine because they never use it. Figured I’d give it a shot. It was pretty fun to use and the food was good – would use again, but may also just use a Dutch oven next time…

Lessons Learned The tagine smells delicious as it cooks with the terracotta getting warm. It’s kind of a fun party trick to cook with this, but the dutch oven is bigger and more effective
Any Recipe Deviations? Used pimento-stuffed Spanish olives because couldn’t find Greek olives – that was fine
Make Again? Eh maybe. It was good enough, but I’d probably try other tagine recipes rather than this one
