||I used a smaller pork shoulder than the 8-10lb required. Also used red wine vinegar instead of sherry vinegar
||Yep, for sure. Good crowd-feeding meal
|Changes Next Time?
||Maybe use better pork (Berkshire?) next time. But fine even with the cheap $1.5/lb pork
