This was a really easy weeknight meal – pretty delicious. Another solid, but not exceptional, recipe from Deb Perelman. But I’d definitely make again as it took less than an hour, was pretty cheap, and it was pretty good.

Dish Harvest Roast Chicken with Grapes, Artichokes, and Shallots
Recipe Source Inspired by Smitten Kitchen Cookbook
Difficulty 3 / 10
Time to Complete  ~1 hour
Sides Served Danny Meyer’s hashed brussels sprouts with lemon and poppy seeds
Leftovers? Yep
Lessons Learned Really easy way to cook chicken – could do this with lots of other flavors
Any Recipe Deviations? I used capers instead of green olives (because I hate green olives) and I added artichokes which were delicious. I forgot to add the rosemary at the end which would have made this even better
Make Again? Yep
Changes Next Time? Same changes as I used this time
