This is the first recipe I’ve made from Jerusalem (which is awesome), largely because it was the only recipe I had found which did not require me to buy some crazy ingredient. These things ended up looking more impressive than they tasted. They were good, especially when you heat them up, but not worth the effort. I’d probably rather have straight up challah next time.
