Caribbean Dream Fish Tacos

I really like cooking fish, and this could not be an easier recipe. Tilapia is pretty cheap, and start-to-finish, this probably takes 30 minutes. Could play with seasoning and salsa to make this even better in the future. Definitely a keeper. The salsa alone is delicious on its own.

Dish Caribbean Dream Fish Tacos
Recipe Source Cookstr
Difficulty 2 / 10
Time to Complete 30 Minutes
Sides Served Mario Batali’s roasted sunchokes (weird pairing, but I had some sunchokes I needed to cook before they went bad)
Leftovers? Nope – still afraid of having fish leftovers
Lessons Learned Tilapia is super easy to make – this will be a staple
Any Recipe Deviations? Nope
Make Again? Absolutely. The salsa was delicious, but we can probably make this better. Giada’s cookbook on easy weeknight meals has a tilapia fish taco recipe that looks even better
