So this was the first fancy meal I made from Ad Hoc at Home and it was a bit of a disappointment. You effectively have to make two entrees as the stroganoff calls for his short rib recipe. And to make the short ribs, he wants you to make it at least 24 hours in advance. So, all together, this was a 3-day recipe. It ended up being very good (and super rich), but I really do not think it was worth all the effort.
The mushroom sauce, on the other hand, was incredible and actually pretty easy to make. Next time, I would just use that sauce and some normal meat that is simply cooked.

|Any Recipe Deviations?||Forgot to add the creme fraiche to the sauce. So it would have been even creamier, which is hard to imagine|
|Make Again?||Eh – I think so, but I would definitely not make the short rib in advance|
