Another recipe I stole from my mom’s cookbook collection. This mole was delicious – really complex, tasty flavor that complemented the pork chops really well. The only negative is that it took forever to make.

||Yep, but would probably double sauce so that this can provide enough leftovers to make it worth the amount of time it takes
