Arugula Salad with Figs, Prosciutto, Walnuts, and Parmesean

We’re always looking for good salad recipes, and unfortunately I think they generally suck as entrees. This was very different. Delicious all-around. The sweetness of the figs was offset very nicely by the saltiness of the crispy prosciutto. Very delicious. Will definitely make this again.
