Brie-Stuffed Mushrooms

These were kind of disappointing. We love brie and mushrooms, so what’s not to like here? Well, as it turns out, baby bellas do not have massive cavities when you remove the stem. Gaby wants us to put a tablespoon of brie in each mushroom, which would have been delicious, but the cavity was so small we probably had less than a teaspoon in each one. They were still fine, but probably not a keeper here.
