I just wanted a quick and easy brussel sprout recipe. I’ve had a lot of pretty fantastic sprouts recently, so maybe expectations were unfairly high. These were fine, just very plain and slightly over-cooked. I’d make these again, but with so many other good sprout recipes out there, I can do better. I’ve had better luck roasting brussel sprouts at a lower temperature for a longer period of time (such as in other really simple recipes, like this one)

||Timing is pretty dependent on size of the sprouts. These were smaller sprouts so they ended up a little over-cooked

||Cook for 2 minutes less with foil and 2 minutes less sans foil
