Rosemary Focaccia

This did not work out as well as we had hoped. The final loaves did not rise very much, though the flavor was good (minus being too salty). We want to try it again using plastic wrap, instead of aluminum foil, and using less salt.

Lessons Learned Aluminum foil is not a suitable substitute for plastic wrap
Any Recipe Deviations? I used Reynold’s Wrap instead of plastic wrap, and I think this makes a big difference
Make Again? Worth trying again, but need some changes
Changes Next Time? Use less salt. Em thinks it needs more rosemary, as well. Make sure you use plastic wrap – I thin this may be why the bread did not get as puffy as it should have.
